Plan A

$595 transaction fee per representing side

All plans will pay a $100 E&O Insurance fee per transaction per representing side, $75 monthly Tech fee is required, $250 processing fee per representing side (which can be offset to buyer/seller).

Mentorship Program is requred if you haven't closed 3 transactions in the last 12 months. Mentor program is 80/20 compensation on your first 3 transactions. All company (Wisecup Realty) provided buyer and commercial leads regardless of the compensation plan chosen will be a 50/50 split. Opcity leads will charge a 30-35% referral fee and then 50/50 split on the remining commission.

Plan B REVSHARE OPTIONS

Option 1

RevShare 80/20 split

1 tier up to 10%

Option 2

RevShare 85/15 SPLIT

1 tier up to 5%
